AirShields Brand History
In September of 2003 Dräger Medical acquired Air-Shields infant care business from Hill-Rom Company, Inc, a subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries. At the time Air-Shields, based in Hatboro, PA., had 200 employees.
Air-Shields brand was known as a leading provider of infant care warming therapy, incubators and other infant care products.
