CT Service Agreement Levels
To maximize uptime and maintain image quality, Avante offers a variety of flexible service agreements:
Full CT Service
Provides all services to keep your system performing like new with clear image quality. Includes all maintenance, technical support, tune-ups, updates, calibration, parts and repairs.
Custom Service
Allows you to craft a service plan that works with your available resources and staff. We will act as part of your team to support your operation and workflow.
Preventive Maintenance
Our engineers will perform regularly scheduled maintenance necessary to maintain peak system performance, as well as emergency calls and support to maximize your uptime.
Labor Only
Provides the labor necessary for troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and support to keep your system up and running.
CT Parts
Our parts warehouse carries a large inventory of popular and hard to find CT parts ready to ship at a moment's notice. We offer standard, overnight, direct courier, and next flight out shipping options to maximize your facility's uptime and avoid any costly service interruptions.

Refurbished Systems
Our refurbished systems help stretch your budget while still allowing your facility to maintain the very highest level of care. Every system we offer has been inspected and certified to perform and provide image quality equal to OEM specifications. We work with your budget, expectations, and the technical features that are important to your facility to find the right fit. Our goal is to improve your experience and present the right solution in easy to understand terms. We then back it up with a warranty, full service support, and ready-to-go parts.
Our 9 step process makes sure your system is exactly what you expect:
- Inspection: The CT is inspected prior to sourcing. CT systems with a historical record of problems will likely continue even with proper maintenance. Conducting a preliminary inspection is our way of avoiding a lemon from the very start.
- Refurbishing: Each component is isolated and quality tested. Parts and components are repaired and replaced to bring the entire system back to OEM specifications and performance standards.
- Re-certification: The machine is recertified for acceptance from the OEM for warranty coverage.
- Shipping & Installation: The CT is securely packaged for shipping, installed at the facility, and quality tested on the premises.
- Rigging: Magnet rigging is provided by an experienced installer.
- Accreditation: Our engineers work with your team to ensure accreditation from the American College of Radiology.
- Training: Software and system experts train your staff.
- Warranty: Each unit comes with a warranty and our seal of approval.
- Preventive Maintenance: Avante provides a real savings and advantage compared to OEM service contracts. However, you always have the option to provide your own service, or have the re-certified unit serviced by the original manufacturer.
